Write for Tribune Point
Tribune Point is always looking for sharp, informed voices to contribute to our coverage of Politics, Business, Sport, Technology, Fashion, and Opinion. If you have a story to tell, an analysis to share, or a perspective the world needs to hear, we want to hear from you.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome contributions from:
- Journalists and freelance writers with expertise in a specific beat
- Industry professionals and analysts with an insider’s perspective
- Academics and researchers who can translate complex topics into accessible writing
- Passionate voices with a strong, well-argued point of view — especially for our Opinion section
What We Publish
- News features — well-researched, timely coverage of developments in your area of expertise
- Opinion & analysis — sharp, well-argued commentary on current events
- Explainers — breaking down complex topics (policy, markets, technology) for a general audience
- Sport & culture pieces — match analysis, industry trends, and long-form features
Submission Guidelines
- Pitches should be original, unpublished elsewhere, and fact-checked
- Include sources for all factual claims and data
- Aim for 600–1200 words, unless otherwise agreed with our editorial team
- Opinion pieces should present a clear, well-supported argument — we welcome a range of perspectives, even ones we may not personally hold
- All submissions are subject to editing for length, clarity, and house style
- We do not accept content that is promotional, plagiarized, or AI-generated without meaningful original input
How to Pitch
Send us:
- A short pitch (2–3 sentences) outlining your story idea or opinion angle
- A brief note on your relevant expertise or background
- Links to previous published work, if available
Submit your pitch through our Contact page, with “Write for Us” in the subject line.
We aim to respond to all serious pitches within 5–7 business days. Due to volume, we may not be able to respond individually to every submission.
We look forward to reading your work.
